About Economic Business Development, Inc. (EBD)

Our mission is to make an impactful difference in the community by helping innovation businesses create jobs and wealth through high quality entrepreneurship training and access to business opportunities for growth.  

Since 2006, EBD has been partnering with the University of Southern California (USC) to offer a 10-week comprehensive entrepreneurship program.   EBD has expanded its operations to partner with reputable consulting firms to provide export training and opportunities in India and China. 

EBD services are very crucial due to the fact that helping small businesses grow domestically and globally is the vital solution to help the U.S. economy recover more quickly from the current recession.

Message from the Founder and President, Lynn D.

EBD was incorporated as a nonprofit corporation in 2000. At the time, I left my job in Corporate Strategic Planning at Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. headquarters with a mission to serve my community. Having an MBA in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California (USC) with years of experience in a fast paced corporate environment, I thought I could use my skills to help small businesses write marketing and business plans.
